The only comment/suggestion we would make is that it would have been better if the Real Property requirement would have been brought up with us in our first meeting so that we could have dealt with it immediately. This caused a delay, COVID hit and then the property values went down. Other than that Mark exhibited a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and in particular the Westgate Area. Mark was very professional in dealing with us and ensured that he kept us current as to what was transpiring.

We can’t thank you enough. You did it, closing a great deal with some tough negotiations. Thanks for all your help, it is truly appreciated. Mark Lockhart did a fantastic job finding us a place to move it in a timely and efficient manner.
