Errol and Mark helped us to get our dream house during unusual pandemic times, navigated us through stressful situation of several bids to the house. Errol is our realtor, he is very knowledgeable and competent, responded to requests on a very timely order, went an extra mile and provided us useful information about contractors, movers etc. We would definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues. As a side comment, when we bough our new house there were several bids and by existing rules realtor cannot disclose amounts offered by other parties. I find it very hard and stressful to handle, not sure I understand the reason for such rule. It would be much easier if we could know offered amounts, at least the highest one without any other details.
