All categories - 5 stars. In spite of our house being on the market for a very long time, at no time did Errol ever take his foot off the gas pedal. I don't remember how many open houses we had between the first one and the last one, but there were several. If this was an actual strategy it was a good one. There were a lot of couples through our house on the last showing and it was one of those couples that became our purchasers.
